Granton Institute of Technology is a former correspondence learning institution in Canada. It was established in Toronto, Canada in 1934. The courses were originally provided using mail delivery. Granton Institute of Technology is no longer in business. The former director appointed a Receiver in Bankruptcy on or about June 15, 2010. Granton Tech was the only secured creditor and as the secured creditor seized all of the assets of the former organization, including the course materials, contracts and exams. Granton Tech abandoned the former organization and claims to have been working with various parties to recover their lost capital investment. Granton Tech does not support former students in any way, nor recognize prior achievements.
